Lemont Man, 74, Arrested For Trespassing, Battery, Telephone Harassment

Lemont Police arrested Thomas Pearson, 74, for criminal trespassing, battery and telephone harassment.

LEMONT, IL- Lemont police arrested Thomas Pearson, 74, on March 14 in the 200 block of Cass Street.

Police said Pearson was arrested for criminal trespass to property, two misdemeanor charges for battery and a misdemeanor charge for harassment by telephone, after an investigation of incidents that occurred between March 2 and March 10 in the 200 block of Cass.

Pearson was transported to the Bridgeview court house for a bond hearing, where Judge Havis issued a $10,000 cash bond, police said. Pearson is currently still in custody on the charges, he will appear in court on March 30.

Pearson was previously arrested in January on criminal sexual assault, battery and criminal trespass charges.
