Lemont Man Charged With Burglary: Cops
A Lemont man has been charged with felony burglary after he stole items from several vehicles Tuesday night, police said

LEMONT, IL – A Lemont man has been charged with felony burglary after he stole items from several vehicles Tuesday night, police said. Officers responded at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a suspicious person going through vehicles in the 400 block of Illinois Street.
Jakub Witkowski, 20, of the 800 block of Schultz Street, was found with items from the vehicles in his possession. Police said he was also wearing a mask and glove to conceal his identity.
Witkowski was charged with felony burglary and was taken to the Cook County Courthouse in Bridgeview for a bond hearing.
