Lemont Mayor Holds Annual Drive For Charity
The outing will be held on Thursday, May 10, at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start.

LEMONT, IL — Mayor John Egofske will continue the annual tradition of the Mayor’s Drive for Charity, where profits from the outing are distributed to local charity organizations through an application process. The outing will be held on Thursday, May 10, at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start.
The village said the outing was moved to May in hopes to have warmer weather, and with that, the morning tee time was eliminated to offset the increased course fee of the May date.
“I am looking forward to another successful golf outing to raise funds for organizations in our community that will go back to benefit those in need in our community,” Mayor Egofske said in a release. "There are so many people in our village that dedicate their time and talent to help others. It’s only through the generosity of our golfers, sponsors and raffle donors that make this event a success."
