Lemont Police Training At Oakwood School On Monday

LEMONT, IL — Residents may notice a large police presence at Oakwood School on Monday for a training exercise.

The Village of Lemont sent out an alert to residents sharing that the Lemont Police presence is for a training exercise only. School is not in session on Monday.

The Village said there will be multiple emergency vehicles and personnel at the school, and large noises are possible. The training will end by noon Monday.
