Lemont Township Welcomes New Transportation Director

LEMONT, IL — Lemont Township has welcome Marybeth Nunzio as its new transportation director. Nunzio takes over for former director Karen Liset, who retired at the end of June, according to the township.

Nunzio has been at the township for about a month, and worked with Liset to learn her new role.

The township said Nunzio has been a part of the Lemont community since 2005, and has previously worked at the Lemont Park District as a preschool teacher and customer service manager. She also served on the board for the Heritage Corridor Business Alliance.
