Lemont's Hometown Holiday Returns Dec. 2
The tree lighting will be held at 5 p.m. during the event.
LEMONT, IL — Lemont's annual holiday celebration, Hometown Holiday, will return on Dec. 2.
The downtown Lemont event will be held from 2:30 to 10 p.m., with the tree lighting at 5 p.m. in General Fry's Landing on Front Street, according to the Village.
The event will feature light displays, photo opportunities, food trucks, tractor rides, holiday crafts, visits from Santa, Kris Kringle Market and more.

Toy donations will be taken from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Front Street, and toys will also be collected from noon to 4 p.m. on the same day from Kohl's, Target and Pete's Market, according to event organizers.
Lemont's holiday light display, Lighting Up Lemont, will continue through December and into the start of 2024.
