Lemont's National Honor Society to Host Fundraiser for Red Stocking Project

Eat at Front Street Cantina for a good cause December 7.

Lemont High School’s chapter of the National Honor Society will host a fundraiser on Sunday, December 7, at Front Street Cantina in Lemont. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Project Angel Eyes Red Stocking Project.

Students, parents and community members all are invited to enjoy a meal at Front Street Cantina between 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on December 7, as the restaurant generously has committed to donating 10 percent of its receipts from that day to benefit the Project Angel Eyes Red Stocking Project.

The Red Stocking Project aims to provide children in hospitals with gifts for the holidays. Proceeds from the National Honor Society’s event on December 7 will be used to create stockings to give to these children.
