Lemont's Spring Recycling Event Set for Saturday

LEAC’s Spring Household Recycling event will be held Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Metra Parking Lot, 101 Main Street.

This event is intended for “household” recycling only. It is not intended for commercial use. This year’s event features:

• Motor Oil Recycling
• Document Disposal
• Electronics Recycling
• Television, Monitor and Microwave Recycling
• Prescription Medication Collection
• Toner Cartridge - Printer Inks - Cell Phone Collection
• CFL Light Bulb Collection;
• Battery Collection
• Bicycle Recycling
• Food Collection for the Food Pantries
