The Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces Award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The school said the anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, among others. The award is based solely on the feedback offered through a third-party employee survey, so the judges are the employees.
