LHS Junior Achievement Creates, Sells Daily Lemont Calendar

LHS' Junior Achievement organization annually builds a business from scratch.

LEMONT, IL — If you know someone who absolutely loves Lemont, the Lemont High School Junior Achievement may have the gift for you. LHS' Junior Achievement company, LHS Publishing, Inc., has developed the "Lemont 365" daily calendar.

LHS' Junior Achievement organization annually builds a business from scratch, the school said. A student-led board creates a product, sells stock in the company and markets the product, with a goal of reaping dividends for its shareholders.

The calendar is available for $15 through Dec. 14, and will increase to $20 on Dec. 15, according to LHS. The calendar is filled with inspirational quotes and facts about the Village of Lemont and Lemont High School.
