LHS Senior Plans To Join US Army After Graduation

LEMONT, IL — A LHS senior will join the U.S. Army after she graduates in the spring. Aubrey Carter will pursue a role as an animal care specialist, the high school shared on its Facebook Page recently.

An animal care specialist includes work in disease prevention and control as well as the care for government-owned animals. The school said Carter also will receive educational benefits through the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
