LEMONT, IL — Lemont High School girls soccer coach Rick Prangen continues to rack up accolades after being named the Section 13 Coach of the Year by the Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association.
Prangen was also named the South Suburban Conference Coach of the Year, the school said on its Facebook.
He celebrated his 400th career girls' soccer win earlier this spring, according to the school. The team earned its 16th straight SSC title, in a season in which Lemont did not surrender a goal.

Prangen has racked up 760 wins in his career (410 girls, 350 boys), the school said.
