License Suspended and Damage to Property: Lemont Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Criminal Damage to Property

• At 8:08 p.m. April 30, Jacob Babiarz, 32, Lockport, was arrested following an incident in the 1300 block of Chestnut Crossing Drive for criminal damage to property.

Driving While License Suspended

• At 11:52 a.m. May 1, Habel Mulumbi, 27, of the 900 block of State Street, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.
• At 10:40 p.m. May 1, Aurora Eichelberger, 50, Dolton, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
• At 2:24 p.m. May 2, Willie Davis, 38, Burnham, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration.
