License Suspended, No Commercial License: Lemont Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

No Commercial Driver's License

• At 3:43 p.m. Aug. 22, Lacerino Acacio-Sanchez, 41, Aurora, was arrested following a traffic stop at Illinois and Grant streets for no commercial driver's license obtained and operation of vehicle without safety certification. Acacio-Sanchez was issued an Oct. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driver's License Never Issued

• At 12:51 a.m. Aug. 23, Tony Wilson, 59, Broadview, was arrested following a traffic stop at State and Freehauf streets for driver's license never issued and driving without lights when required. Wilson was issued an October 10 court date at the Bridgeview CourtHouse.

Driving While License Suspended

• At 8:05 a.m. Aug. 24, Nino Alfano, 26, of the 1000 block of Hillview Drive, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Hillview for driving while license suspended and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit. Alfano was issued an October 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
