License Suspended, No Insurance: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Feb. 16

• Kathryn Halterman, 24, of Midlothian, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. and charged with suspended registration for non-insurance following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main Street. Halterman was issued a March 13 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Feb. 19

• Justin Ashley, 25, of the 300 block of Freehauf, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no headlight/taillight/sidelight. Ashley was issued a March 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
