License Suspended, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

May 1

• Benjamin Kasper, 38, of Brookfield, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. following a traffic stop at Archer and McCarthy Road for driving while license suspended/revoked and improper lane usage. Kasper was issued a June 6 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Karen Oberoi, 39, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 135th Street for driving while license suspended. Oberoi was issued a May 18 court date at the Will County Court House.
• Alexsandrea Miranda, 22, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. following a traffic stop at Archer and 135th Street for driving while license suspended/revoked, obstructed windshield and failure to wear seat belt. Miranda was issued a May 18 court date at the Will County Court House.
• Chaz Duson, 23, of the 1100 block of Covington Drive was arrested at 12:08 a.m. following a traffic stop at Covington and Drover drives for driving while license suspended/revoked and no headlights/tail lights/side lights. Duson was issued a June 6 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

May 4

• Levi Turnbaugh, 31, of Elwood, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. following a traffic stop at Timberline Drive and Peiffer for driving while license suspended/revoked, license never issued and speeding 11-14 mph over the limit. Turnbaugh was issued June 8 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
