License Suspended, Speeding: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Oct. 15

• Rebecca Kostelyk, 39, of the 0-100 block of Stephen Street, was arrested at 5 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and failure to yield right of way following an accident at Czacki Street and McCarthy Road. Kostelyk was issued a Nov. 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Oct. 17

• Roberto Casimiro, 36, of the 12000 block of Walker road, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operating of uninsured vehicle and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 14300 block of Main Street. Casimiro was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Kayla Lycans, 30, of Chicago, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. for driver's license expired more than one year and driving without lights when required following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Main Street. Lycans was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Oct. 18

• Anthony Geraci, 31, of Lockport, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. at driving while license suspended/revoked, operating of uninsured vehicle and suspended registration following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 135th Street. Geraci was issued a Nov. 16 court date at the Will County Court House.
• Joseph Matusak, 39, of Romeoville, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street. Matusak was issued a Nov. 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Oct. 19

• Anna Carrion, 26, of Joliet, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked and no registration plate light following a traffic stop in the 10800 block of Route 83. Carrion was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
