Snow, Rain Gives Way To Sunny Weather For Illinois

With the exception of some light snow and rain, most of the week will be mostly dry and sunny, according to the National Weather Service.

This week's weather will be fairly average temperature-wise, despite a chance of snow early Monday and again on Wednesday morning. The potential for showers was slated to end early Monday, and the rest of the week will be mostly dry and sunny, according to the National Weather Service.

A chance of snow returns on Wednesday morning, and rain will be possible Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday and Friday will both be sunny with highs in the 20s.
