'Lighting Up Lemont' Continues Through January

LEMONT, IL — Many Lemont residents may have already taken a walk around downtown Lemont to see the holiday light displays, but if you haven't, there is still plenty of time.

The holiday lights throughout downtown Lemont, Lighting Up Lemont, is on display through Jan. 31.

The lights are displayed on several Lemont businesses, and along the I&M Canal path on Front Street. The Village Tree can also be seen in the lot next to Next Mex, as well as a sleigh and some other displays that are perfect for photos.

Residents can also save the date for the Village's second annual Ice Fest on Jan. 21. Details on that event will be announced soon, according to the Village website.
