Man Killed While Working on Semi-Truck in Lemont
Sherali Shadimatov, 28, was killed while working on a semi-truck in the 1300 block of Main Street.
LEMONT, IL — A man died in the early Monday morning in Lemont after he was crushed to death while working on a semi-truck in the 1300 block of Main Street.
The man was identified as Sherali Shadimatov, 28, from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, Shadimatov died from traumatic brain injury and crush injuries from the accident.
Lemont Police said Shadimatov was trying to move the trailer of the truck at 1355 Main Street, when he got caught between the tire and flatbed of the trailer.

According to police, there was no foul play involved in this incident.
The autopsy from the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death as an accident.
