The world premiere of the stage adaptation of Mary Poppins debuted in the United Kingdom in 2004, and after a long run in London, eventually made its way to Broadway. The musical is based on a series of children’s books by P.L. Travers and the famous 1964 Walt Disney film, and was adapted for the stage by producer Cameron Mackintosh. The audience will be treated to the adventures of Mary Poppins as she takes flight and lands in London to care for the Banks children.
