Mental Health Wellness Symposium Feb. 25 at Old Quarry Middle School

Timberline Knolls is co-sponsoring a Mental Health Wellness Symposium on Saturday, February 25, 2023, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Old Quarry Middle School, 16100 W 127th Street, in Lemont, Ill.

The event is free and open to the public. Complimentary lunch will be provided by Timberline Knolls. Free childcare and translation services are available.

The event is sponsored by Timberline Knolls, Lemont Junior Womans Club, Lemont Public Library, School District 113A and Upward Calling Photography.

Breakout session topics include: art therapy, comfort dogs, yoga, depression & anxiety, nutrition, divorce, domestic violence, grief addiction, children & social media, self care, communication, CPR & self defense.
