Are you sick of snow? Keep reading.

It looks like spring has finally sprung! The forecast has sun and mild temperatures planned for the days ahead. This weekend should be dry with temps up to 59 on Saturday and up to 63 degrees on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

It seems like winter may have finally thawed, although the median last spring freeze does usually fall within April 11 to April 30.

According to the NWS Chicago Twitter, Chicago usually only sees seven days with highs below 50 degrees in April. This year, however, the city has already has 16 days below 50 this April. Even though temperatures are still below average, it feels quite warm after a long winter.
