The children ranged in age from 6 months to 4 years old.

A Homer Glen woman was arrested and charged with child endangerment after police say she left her three children in the car while she shopped at Target on Black Friday.

A person spotted the three children—the youngest of which was 6 months old and oldest of which was 4 years old—in the car around 1:30 p.m. and alerted police. Erin N. Lyons, 32, of the 13725 S. Parker Road in Homer Glen, was charged with three counts of Endangering the Life or Health of a Child, according to Lemont police reports.

She was issued a Dec. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
