New Gluten-Free Bakery Opening In Lemont

LEMONT, IL — A new bakery will be opening soon in Lemont. The owners of Rustic Knead and Lia P Gluten Free Bakery are working together to open Lia P Gluten Free Bakery at 1116 State St., in the same plaza where Rustic Knead is located.

Rustic Knead owner Robert Kruczak said the business decided to partner with the bakery to offer more baked goods. The baker is a dedicated gluten-free bakery, which will offer breads, cakes, desserts and pastries.

Lia P Gluten Free Bakery was previously located in Westmont.

According to Kruczak, the bakery is hoping to open within a few months, possibly toward the end of spring.
