No License, Cannabis Possession: Lemont Police Reports

Aug. 24
- Colburn Oneal, 29, of Maresilles, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 17300 block of 127th Street. Oneal was issued a Sept. 20 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

- Bryan Denney, 34, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Denney was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Aug. 26
- A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation at 8:26 a.m. for possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in local court.
- Hope Hauter, 22, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued) and driving without lights when required following a traffic stop in the 700 block of State Street. Hauter was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

- Kevin Padilla, 23, of Romeoville, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. and charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer and obstructing identification following an incident in the 900 block of State Street. Padilla was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Aug. 28
- Tamera Jackson, 20, of Gary, Indiana, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued), operation of vehicle with expired registration and improper lane use following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Ravines Drive. Jackson was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Aug. 30
- Muhammed Ishau, 18, of Calumet City, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued) and expired registration following a traffic stop at Main Street and Village Drive. Ishau was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
- Jeffrey Valarde, 26, of the 900 block of State Street, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, speeding 15-20 mph over the limit, driving without lights when required and possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Velarde was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
