No License, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

July 16

• Rebecca Kostelyk, 39, of the 0-100 block of Stephen Street, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Kostelyk was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

July 17

• Mark Tolstych, 46, of the 13600 block of South Archer Avenue, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at State Street and Archer Avenue. Tolstych was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

July 19

• Christopher Hill, 35, of South Holland, was arrested at 7:47 a.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 30 block of Timberline Drive.Hill was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

July 20

• Aurelio Robles, 43, of Elmwood Park, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Main and Fourth streets. Robles was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Otilio Hernandez, 55, of Villa Park, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. for driving while license suspended, no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an accident at McCarthy Road and Stephen Street. Hernandez was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
