No License, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Jan. 18

• Julio Lopez, 26, of Chicago, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and no front license plate following a traffic stop in the 800 block of State Street. Lopez was issued a March 4 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Jan. 20

• Yuber Rodriguez, 36, of Lockport, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. and charged with no valid license (never issued) and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of New Avenue. Rodriguez was issued a Feb. 21 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Jan. 23

• Jose Garcia, 42, of Plainfield, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, driving without lights when required and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 11200 block of Lemont Road. Garcia was issued a March 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
