No License, Speeding: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

No Driver's License

• At 3:06 p.m. Nov. 14, Takeishia Wines, 41, of Calumet Park, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 14900 block of 127th Street for no driver's license issued and following too closely. Wines was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 2 p.m. Nov. 17, Oleg Sandzhlavi, 25, of Villa Park, was arrested following a traffic stop at Route 83 and Grant Street for no driver's license issued and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit. He was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding

• At 7:55 a.m. Nov. 15, Malcom Blalock, 47, of the 400 block of Freehauf Street, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 700 block of McCarthy Street for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit and expired registration. Blalock was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 12:52 a.m. Nov. 16, John Echols, 29, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop at State Street and Norton Avenue for driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 11-14 mph over the limit. Echols was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
