No License, Speeding: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Aug. 11

  • Jaden Miller, 20, of Bolignbrook, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured vehicle, improper use of registration/title and expired registration following a traffic stop at Main and Illinois streets. Miller was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Brian Stotts, 46, of Tinley Park, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 135th Street. Stotts was issued a Sept. 20 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Aug. 15

  • Jamie Avila, 27, of Chicago, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with no valid driver's license (never issued) and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at State Street and Keepataw Drive. Avila was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
