James R. Kantowski, age 65, of Lemont, passed away, June 8, 2017. Preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Gertrude Kantowski; and a brother, Albert (late Rita) Kantowski.
Survived by his wife, Mary Ann, nee Rohder, Kantowski; two children, Donald (Michaelene) Kantowski and Kate (Joey) Ambrosini; three grandchildren, Riley, Lily and Courtney; a brother, Richard (Diana) Kantowski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation Monday, June 12, 2 to 8 p.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St., Lemont. Funeral services Tuesday, June 13, 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gift of Hope, www.giftofhope.org.
