Obituary: Richard Forzley

Richard Forzley, age 86, of Lemont, passed away May 26. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Forzley was born and raised in Lemont. He Owned and operated Forzley’s Clothing Store and was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.

Preceded in death by his parents, Salim and Fedwa Forzley; a brother, Edward Forzley; an infant sibling; and a brother-in-law, Elias Abboud. Survived by his siblings, Gloria Abboud and Joseph (Bernice) Forzley; a sister-in-law, Joan Forzley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday, May 30, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral services at 10:30 a.m. at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 1220 S. 60th Court, Cicero. Interment Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
