Old Quarry Student Elected To State Student Council Board

Erin Barndollar will be a full voting member of the board and will serve as the Northeast Lake District representative.

LEMONT, IL — A seventh grader at Old Quarry Middle School is one of eight elected middle school students to the Illinois Association of Junior High Student Councils. Erin Barndollar will be a full voting member of the board and will serve as the Northeast Lake District representative, the school said.

Barndollar will attend summer camp as a delegate of the IAJHSC, and participate in choosing the theme and logo for the coming year. The school said she will also attend district representative orientation, attend all meetings of the Executive Board of the IAJHSC and help plan the annual state convention in January 2019.
