The two casts have also already performed for second-graders from River Valley and preschoolers from Lemont Park District, Treanor said.

Tickets are $7, which can be paid via cash or check at the door. Old Quarry is at 16100 W. 127th St., in Lemont.

"Our students range from stepping on the stage for the first time to veterans of the stage. Our goal as directors is to give everyone an opportunity to shine, " Treanor said. "We hold our standards high and the students always rise to them. We like to call ourselves #lemontslittlebroadway."

The play is directed by Micah Brandhandler and Treanor.
