Park District to hold Food Drive November 2

The Lemont Park District is hoping to "pack the pantry" benefitting the local food pantries on Saturday, November 2nd.

Stop by The CORE located at 16050 127th Street in Lemont from 9 am - noon that Saturday to drop off your items in the lobby.

Suggested items to donate include:

Food Items: Condiments, canned/packaged meat, Rice, instant potatoes, pasta, canned/packaged fruit & veggies, bottled water/juice, breakfast bars, baking mixes, dried fruit, tuna, salad dressing,
tea bags, sugar, flour, chips, crackers, syrup, cookies, coffee, powder creamer.
Household Items: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, bleach, cleaning sprays, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, dish soap, toilet bowl cleaner, sponges, etc.
Personal Care Items: deodorant, toothpaste, hair care, face products, baby wipes, dental care products, loofahs, etc.
