Township Urges Patience For Vaccine Availability

Cook County is asking residents to register on the public health department site for important notices.

Visit www.vaccine.cookcounty.il.gov and sign up to receive notifications once vaccines are available. The Cook County Vaccine program phone number is 833-308-1988.

We are currently in phase 1-B which includes residents 65 and older. Lemont Township is standing by to assist residents who need help registering on the website. Those who register will receive a sign-up number and updates when appointments become available.

The vaccine supply is extremely limited at this time. PLEASE BE PATIENT. Locally it has been a challenge even to get our first responders & teachers vaccinated. The Township and other local Lemont agencies have offered to host a vaccination site with no success at this point. Please call the Township office at 630-257-2522 for more details or for assistance.
