Pollyanna Brewing Co. to Throw Bottle Release and First Anniversary Bash

Pollyanna Brewing Company will celebrate its first anniversary—and it wouldn’t be a party without you.

Pollyanna, 431 Talcott Ave., will open early on Friday Oct. 2, and from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., they will hold their first bottle release in preparation for the introduction of Orenda, Volume 2 in 22-ounce bottles.

“This Belgian Quadrupel was aged for 9 months in Red Wine barrels and is tasting divine,” said head brewer Brian Pawola.

A limited number of bottles will be offered for sale (available only at the brewery), plus a few special beers they’ll be tapping throughout the day. Two Soldiers and a Marine will be slinging some BBQ, with live acoustic music provided all night.
