Pollyanna's Oktoberfest Returns At A New Location

Oktoberfest is moving to the Lemont Metra lot, and has some new additions this year.

LEMONT, IL — The annual Oktoberfest celebration in Lemont is back this year, and is in a new location. Pollyanna Brewing Company hosts the event and will be pouring its Great American Beer Festival award-winning Oktoberfest at the Metra lot in downtown Lemont.

The fest will take place from 3 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15. According to the brewery, this year, there will be "The Hop Tent" which will offer Lynfred Winery's wine. Weber Grill Restaurant in Lombard and Gelsosomo's will also be serving food at the fest.

There is a $10 entrance fee which comes with a souvenir stein. There are $5 pours of craft beer, live music and food. Bruce Korosa will perform from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Comoflouge Sun will be on stage from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by Jimmy Nick from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m.

The brewery said this is an adult environment, but kids are welcome to enjoy the music, food and limited selection of soft drinks and water. Dogs will not be allowed at this event.
