Possession Of Cannabis, License Suspended: Lemont Blotter

Possession of Cannabis

• At 11:48 p.m. June 10, Michael Disanto, 21, of the 700 block of McCarthy was arrested following a traffic stop at Illinois and Stephen streets for possession of cannabis, obstructing a peace officer and no registration plate light. Disanto was issued a July 26 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 2:21 a.m. June 14, Jacob Rodriguez, 23, Lockport, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer and State for driving while license suspended/revoked, obstructed driver's view, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rodriguez was issued a July 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 1:02 a.m. June 14, Javier Perez, 31, Joliet, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer and Ashford Drive for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. Perez was issued a July 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 10:47 p.m. June 16, Roxann Smith, 38, of the 800 block of Hickory, was arrested following a traffic stop at Logan and Chestnut streets for driving while license suspended/revoked, only one red taillight and no rear registration plate light. Smith was issued a July 26 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
