Property Damage Accident, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
April 7
- John Pollock, 36, of the 0-100 block of East Custer Street, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. and charged with driving while license revoked/suspended and operation of vehicle while registration is suspended following a traffic stop at Kromray and McCarthy roads. Pollock was issued a May 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
April 10

- Nathanael Williams, 39, of South Holland, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give information after a property damage accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an accident at Canal Bank and Old Lemont raods. Williams was issued a May 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
- Victoria Garesche, 57, of Lockport, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Garesche was issued a May 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
April 12
- Michael Devitt, 24, of the 0-100 block of Stephen Street, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at Main Street and Archer Avenue. Devitt was issued a May 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
