Quarrymen Vintage Baseball Club Looking For Players

LEMONT, IL — If you're a lover of history and baseball, the Lemont Quarrymen Vintage Baseball Club is looking for new players.

The club plays baseball by the rules used in 1958, the club said.

Home games are played at the Mount Assisi Convent fields, 13860 Main St., Lemont, and the season begins in May.

According to the historical society, the team was formed in 2011. The players field without mitts, and range in age from teens to 70s.
