William D. Edmiston, 33, of the 12400 block of S. Cynthia A. Meyer, 49, of the 300 block of Freehauf Street, in Lemont, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructed windshield following a traffic stop at State and Custer streets. Brian R.
