'Resurrection on Rosehill' Halloween Tradition Continues in Lemont
The haunted house, located at 323 Rosehill Drive, is a decades-old event organized by Lemont Public Works Director Ralph Pukula.

Before you abandon trick-or-treating and head home with the kids to count their sweets, make one last stop for a good scare.
“Resurrection on Rosehill,” located in the front yard of 323 Rosehill Drive, features a large, interactive exhibit of coffins, scarecrows, monsters, and other scary sights. The display is open for three nights only, beginning Oct. 30 and concluding Nov. 1.
The haunted house has become a time-honored tradition for Ralph Pukula, whose family has put together the display every year for nearly three decades.

“I think Halloween without it would be a bit different,” Pukula said.
The decorations are handmade and take about a week to put together, Pukula said. This year’s display features 15 different exhibits.
