Retail Theft, Damage To Property: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Nov. 16

• Suastegui Cruz, 33, of Blue Island, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. and charged with no valid driver's license (never issued) and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Main Street. Cruz was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Karen McQuen, 64, of Romeoville, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. and charged with retail theft following an incident at Target, 13460 Archer Ave. McQuen was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 18

• Darryl Jackson, 36, of Chicago, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 800 block of State Street. Jackson was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 19

• John Gory, 58, of the 0-100 block of Lindsay Court, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and disregarding traffic control device following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of Walker Road. Gory was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Nicholas Christiano, 37, of Darien, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Cass Street. Christiano was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 22

• Jesus Sanchez, 25, of the 900 block of State Street, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. and charged with unlawful use or possession of weapon, armed violence, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and parole violation following an incident in the 900 block of State Street. Sanchez was taken to Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.

Nov. 23

• Jose Fernando Ayala, 64, of Summit, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Ayala was issued a Jan. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 24

• Lukas Staskevicius, 21, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit in the 100 block of Illinois Street. Staskevicius was issued a Jan. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 25

• Shelby Fox, 23, of the 600 block of Kromray Road, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. and charged with criminal damage to property following an incident in the 200 block of Lemont Street. Fox was issued a Jan. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 26

• Fatima Metzger, 47, of the 16100 block of New Avenue, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. and charged with no valid driver's license and speeding 1-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 0-100 block of Deborah Drive. Metzger was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Nov. 27

• Jacob Flores, 28, of Crown Point, Indiana, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 12200 block of New Avenue. Flores was issued a Dec. 20 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
