Retail Theft, Speeding 35 MPH Over The Limit: Lemont Arrests

Lemont Police reports through March 23.

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

March 20

  • Ty Davis, 21, of Chicago, was arrested for retail theft following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street. Davis appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

  • Brandan Tesch, 26, of Chicago, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, unlicensed more than one year, possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. Tesch was issued a May 2 court day at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

March 22

  • Sarah Holland, 19, of Woodridge, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. for speeding 35+ over the limit following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Ceco Road. Holland was issued an April 20 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
