Roads Closed In Downtown Lemont Due To Fire Investigation

LEMONT, IL — Several roads are closed near downtown Lemont due to a fire investigation, the Village said in a notification to residents.

The fire investigation is at 208 Main St.

Illinois Street is closed from State to Lemont streets, and Main Street is closed from New Avenue to Lemont St.

Barrel and Vine in Lemont shared on its Facebook page that the fire was due to a new roof installation on its building. No fire or damange occurred inside the restaurant, and the business opened as usual.
