Driving on Suspended License

Eric H. Mueller, 36, of the 3500 block of Janlin Court in Cincinnati, Ohio was arrested for driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, obstructed windshield and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Stephen and Main streets. He was issued a July 10 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Theft

Between 7:30 p.m. on June 12 and 12 p.m. on June 13, Lemont police responded to a theft in the 600 block of Sobieski Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Damage to a Vehicle

Between 9:30 p.m. on June 12 and 5:37 a.m. on June 13, an unknown offender damaged a vehicle in the 1100 block of State Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

THURSDAY, JUNE 11

Speeding, Possession of Cannabis

Fidel Salinas, 22, of the 2800 block of S. Kedvale Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended, speeding and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. He was issued a July 14 Court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Stolen Wallet

Between June 11 and June 12, an unknown offender removed without permission a wallet, currency and credit cards from a vehicle in the 400 block of Ashbury Court. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Retail Theft

Felicia S. Nunez, 18, of the 14200 block of Chandler Court in Plainfield, was issued a local ordinance citation for Retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. She will appear in the local court.

Xavier M. Melgoza, 18, of the 1000 block of Hermes Avenue in Lemont, was issued local citations for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 0-50 block of Oak Lane. He will appear in the local court.

Erik Olivo, 25, of the 500 block of Leach Avenue in Joliet, was arrested for driving while license suspended and failure to signal when required following a traffic stop in the 9700 block of Lemont Road. He will appear at the Dupage County Court House.

No Commercial Motor Vehicle License

Vidas Matulevicius, 45, of the 300 block of Zinnia Drive in Romeoville, was arrested for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial motor vehicle license following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Archer Avenue. He was issued a July 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis, Intent to Deliver

Jacob Etzkorn, 18, of the 1000 block of Cherokee Place in Lemont, was arrested for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, and failure to signal when required following a traffic stop at Lemont and Illinois streets. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Nicholas J. Benedict, 18, of 9 S 026 Stratford Place in Darien, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road. He will appear in the local court.

Underage Consumption of Alcohol

David J. Czupta, 19, of the 14600 block of 135th Street in Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation for underage consumption of alcohol following an incident in the 14100 block of McCarthy Road. He will appear in the local court.
