Speeding, No Commercial License: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Speeding

• At 11:54 p.m. Jan. 26, Paul Williams, 46, of Park Forest, was arrested following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Smith Road for speeding 25-34 mph over the limit and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Williams was issued a Feb. 16 court date at the Will County Court House.

No Commercial License

• At 10:53 p.m. Jan. 26, Serghei Gobjila, 30, of Prospect Heights, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 16500 block of 127th Street for no class A commercial license, improper use of registration/title, overweight on registration and improper parking on roadway. Gobjila was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
