Speeding, Retail Theft: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Nov. 5

  • Sergio Quintana-Zepeda, 33, of Justice, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. for commercial driver's license never obtained and no valid safety sticker, following a traffic stop at Main Street and Archer Avenue. Quintana - Zepeda was issued a Dec. 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • David Mercado, 27, of Brookfield, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Parker Road and Huntmaster Lane. Mercado was issued a Dec. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Nov. 7

  • Jeremy Hartney, 38, of Orland Hills, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle, following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Derby Road. Hartney was issued a December 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • Matthew Kimball, 35, of the 0-100 block of Deer Lane, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. for retail theft, following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Kimball was issued a Dec. 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Rebecca Saldana, 43, of the 200 block of Freehauf Street, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. for retail theft, following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street. Saldana was issued a Dec. 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
