Speeding, Suspended License: Lemont Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Speeding

• At 7:42 p.m. July 15, Jacob Cotter, 19, Lockport, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 16600 block of New Avenue for speeding 26-34 over the limit. Cotter was issued an August 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 3:18 a.m. July 17, Dawn Hudson, 48, Bolingbrook, was arrested following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Hudson was issued an August 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 3:51 p.m. July 19, Adolfo Chida, 24, Battle Creek, Michigan, was arrested following a traffic stop at State and Freehauf streets for driving while license suspended/revoked and improper passing on the left. Chida was issued an August 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 10:08 a.m. July 21, Jermaine Ervin, 40, Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main Street for driving while license suspended and unlawful use of electronic communication. Ervin was issued an Aug. 31 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
